Wrong use of the preposition 'yet', since tacky and unrefined mean quite same thing, although you can argue that something can be unrefined yet not tacky.
But yes, back to the point. Typically you use 'yet' to compare two situations that are opposites but somehow related. So... Hooters Singapore, you need a new tagline.
